Gloria’s Pad: Apartment rooms for rent

Are you in Tagum and got no place to stay? On a tight budget and looking for an economical apartment, bed-space for rent, or a place to stay the night? Looking for a place situated in the heart of the city where most of the landmarks (Malls, Churches, School, etc.) are just a few steps away? Well, look no further because Gloria’s Pad is now open for business.

Gloria’s Pad is an establishment located at Barangay Magugpo East, Briz District Purok Cherry Blossom, Tagum City. It is just right in-front of the Purok (building) of the Barangay (refer to the map below for the exact directions). It is owned by Mr. and Mrs. Eduardo and Jean Gloria and has just opened, the first floor of the establishment, this year 2015.

The establishment is a three story building with a total of 15 rooms, having 5 rooms per floor. The first floor is as a bachelor’s apartment while the second and third are bed space units.

The Bachelors Apartment units has a spacious living room, bedroom, bathroom and kitchenette. The unit includes a single bed (excludes mattress, foam, beddings, etc.) frame, table, and two chairs (not shown in the picture). Additional/change of the said furnitures can also be requested.

The rent for the Bachelor’s apartment per unit only costs Php 5,000.00/month, and additional charges for electricity and water – all the rooms come with their own electric and water meter.

The bed space units on the second and third floors has the same floor area with the first floor units and can cater at most 5 occupants. The unit includes a double deck bed (excludes mattress, foam, beddings, etc.) frame, table, and chairs (not shown in the picture). Additional/change of the said furnitures can also be requested. However, as of the moment, the first floor bachelor apartment units are the ones fully operational and ready for lease. Rent charges, pictures and other details for these units will be posted soon.
